ASP-DAC 2022 Registration

Those who register to participate in ASP-DAC 2022 are considered to have agreed with our personal information protection policies. Please read the following note before registration.

* Please note that each paper (including special session paper and UDC paper) shall be accompanied by at least one different conference registration at the speaker’s registration rate (e.g., Speaker of two papers registration (NT$ 9,000) is needed for presenting two accepted papers) by Nov. 5, 2021. But any registered co-author can present the work at the conference.

*** A part of the registration fee for Taiwanese students is supported by government.

The registration fee includes:

  • The opportunity to view the full prerecorded video presentations (streaming on Vimeo) for each regular and special sessions including keynote speeches, Designers' Forum, University LSI Design Contest and Tutorials.
  • An authority to access the download site for the conference proceedings. Please note that neither CD-ROM nor USB memory are provided.

PAYMENT

All registration fees must be paid in NT dollars by credit card only. Please note that personal checks, bank drafts and bank transfer will not be accepted. Payments are processed via our secure gateway through Hua Nan Bank. Your credit card statement will show a debit for this charge to "Poetry-Life Professional Conference Organizer".
You are NOT able to download the conference proceeding or watch the pre-recorded presentation if you did not finish the payment. Please finish the payment within a week after you registered (finish the payment immediately if you register on January). The receipt is available on the registration site after your payment is complete.

PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL PAGE CHARGE

The limit to the number of pages per paper can be extended up to eight (8) by paying an additional charge for pages beyond six (6). The details of the page limit policy and charge can be found here.
If you need to pay an additional page charge, you can pay it with registration fee from the registration site. Please select the total number of pages whose charge is paid by you of your papers.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

When written notification of cancellation after you paid is received by the conference secretariat by December 31, 2021, NT$ 750 will be deducted from the fees paid to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after this date. Speakers are not allowed to cancel registrations.
